Here are some pictures and an explanation of
our cleaning processes.
OUR BASIC
PACKAGE SERVICES INCLUDE:

|
Step 1:
Dry Vacuuming is very important in order to remove the
dry soil, not soluble by water, such as sand, quartz, hair and
lint. |

|
Step 2:
Preconditioning-The carpet is then sprayed under
pressure with temperature. This is to break down the oily soils that
are holding and bonding to insoluble soils deep in the backing and base of
the carpet. We then work in the conditioner for complete
coverage. |

|
Step 3:
Furniture Moving - Moderate furniture moving.
Pieces are carefully moved, cleaned behind, and then replaced using
protection plastic or blocks under the furniture base and
legs. |

|
Step 4:
Steam Extraction - The carpet is then hot water
extracted using our powerful truck-mounted equipment. We use clean,
fresh purified water. With hot pressurized water we flush the soil
which has been suspended and dissolved by the
preconditioner. |
OUR PREMIUM PACKAGE SERVICES INCLUDE:
Steps 1 - 4 of the Basic Package PLUS.......

|
Step 5:
Fabric Rinse Application - We apply a rinse
conditioner to remove residue left from cleaning and past residue.
This then neutralizes the ph of the carpet to help retard soil.
Also, this process neutralizes acidic soils that may be present. The
carpet is then dry extracted to remove
residue. |

|
Step 6:
Soil and Stain Retardant - We then apply Scotchgard or
DuPont Teflon to the carpet to enhance the stain resistant fiber and help
retard dry soils. |

|
Step 7:
Pile Grooming - The carpet is then raked so that the
soil and stain application is completely covering the carpet yarn and
base. This step also aids in the drying
process. |

|
Step 8:
Speed Dryers - We place carpet dryers on areas as we
clean them for faster drying. |
